If your order arrives damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, you will have 14 days from receiving your order in which to inform us of this, and a further 14 days to return the order for a replacement or a full refund.

Please note, all requests for replacements are dependent upon our stock levels at that time, however, if we cannot provide a replacement, you will be provided with the option of a full refund.

If you change your mind and wish to return item, you will have 14 days to inform us of this decision, and a further 14 days to complete the return (dispatch the item with tracking). Assuming the item is in the same condition it was received, we will provide you with a full refund within 10 working days of its arrival.

Return Labels
We do not provide pre-paid return labels. If you wish to return the item, you will be responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping label.

How Long will my Return and Refund Take?
In most cases, once an item has arrived in our warehouse, the return will be processed within 3 working days, with the refund arriving within 7 working days of this.

  • Membership codes are one-time digital benefits and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once scratched, activated, or linked to an account.
  • Some in-app content requires membership access. Please confirm the product features meet your needs before purchasing.
