I bought SenseGo thinking it would just be another fun gadget for the kids, but it surprised me way more than I expected.
The biggest difference is that it does not feel like regular screen time. My kids are still looking at the TV, but they are jumping, dodging, moving around, laughing, and actually using their whole body. On rainy days or after dinner, it has become one of those things they ask to play again and again.
What I really like is that there are no complicated controllers or extra setup headaches. The kids figured it out quickly, and even the adults ended up joining in. It turned our living room into a mini game zone, but without the mess of a huge console setup.
The 80+ games also make it feel fresh. Some games are silly and fast, some are more active, and some are perfect for family challenges. It is especially great when friends or cousins come over because everyone can take turns and cheer each other on.
I did not expect a game system to make my kids move this much, but SenseGo actually makes screen time feel active, social, and fun. Definitely one of the better purchases we have made for family nights.
